How to book, check-in notes, and policies
How to Book
- Ask about availability and pricing via LINE
- Pay a deposit of 30% of the accommodation fee to confirm your booking (deposit is non-refundable)
- Before or on the day of check-in, pay the remaining balance (70% of the accommodation fee) plus a NT$5,000 security deposit, and settle any splash-pool fee (if applicable)
- After check-out, once the property is confirmed undamaged, the security deposit is refunded in full within 3 days
Check-in Notes
- Check-in / out
- Check-in after 15:00, check-out before 11:00.
- Date changes
- If your plans change, please notify us at least 7 days before check-in (or earlier). The deposit may be carried over once; late notice or more than one change forfeits the deposit with no extension.
- Splash pool
- Use of the splash pool costs an extra NT$1,500. Please walk slowly and watch your step around the pool; children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Barbecue
- Before leaving the barbecue area, please make sure the flames are completely extinguished. Barbecue grill cleaning is currently free of charge.
- Self check-in
- This is a self check-in stay. The kitchen is fully equipped — please use it with care and clean up thoroughly afterwards. Drain and flatten trash, sort it, and place it in the bins or trash bags.
- Pets
- Pets are welcome — NT$300 per pet per night. Please help keep the space clean.
- Smoking
- No smoking indoors; please smoke only in the designated outdoor areas.
- Security & CCTV
- CCTV cameras are installed around the exterior and shared areas for guests' safety.
- Commercial use
- Commercial activities / filming / ceremonies require prior approval and incur additional fees.
- Prohibited
- Drugs, brawling, and any disruptive or illegal activities are strictly prohibited; violators will be reported to the authorities.
